Dale & Cecil, established in 2015, was named after the founder's children, Daniel and Cecil. The company's mission was inspired by Cecil's severe allergies to dairy, soy, and nuts. When his daughter was diagnosed, the founder leveraged his expertise to develop a nutritious beverage as a replacement for milk.
